Some types of goods are exempt from being returned
non-returnable items
- Items marked as faulty, and sold at a discounted price this includes warehouse and samples sales
- Gift cards

Please be aware that any item labeled as "warehouse final sale" is not eligible for returns and falls under our final sale policy. This applies to all items that have been discounted by 70% or more. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for these particular items.
