Full Price Orders Policy (NO discounts applied)

THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ORDERS WITHOUT DISCOUNT CODES OR SALE ITEMS.

• We offer a full refund to your original payment method, exchange (for AU customers only) OR credit notes on all unworn, unwashed full priced merchandise returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

• For hygiene reasons, we ask that you try on swimwear over underwear. Please DO NOT remove the protective adhesive strip before trying on. If we believe the hygiene sticker has been removed or tampered with, your return will not be accepted.

These store credits have a 4 year expiry.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Once you initiate an exchange for an order, the option to receive a refund is no longer available if you decide to return the second order. Instead, you will be eligible for a store credit.
  • You must lodge a return and ship the merchandise back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery date.

• ALL return postage costs are at the customer expense. We recommend that you use a traceable delivery service and retain the proof of postage.

• If you use a discount code this policy does not apply to you - you will only be eligible for a store credit.

Gift cards are NOT redeemable for cash refunds.
