The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. The Label cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit total at the time of submitting your return.

We recommend returning items through traceable mailing method, as any returned items that are not received by The Lullaby Club will not be processed. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. If you have received a faulty item please refer to our faulty returns information.
