What happens if my parcel goes missing in transit?Updated a year ago

Missing parcels

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the Australia Post or DHL. Often couriers will direct you back to the 'sender', in this instance, we are able to submit an enquiry with DHL and/or Aus Post, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
